Return Policy

Our goal is to provide customers with timely service in the event a return is necessary. We recommend that you carefully read the following notes detailing our return policy:

1. Returns of non-defective merchandise must be returned in the original packaging and unused, within 30 days of customer’s receipt of the product.

2. Returns of defective merchandise must be returned in the original packaging with all factory packed accessories within10 days. Incomplete returns will receive a credit reflecting any missing accessories.

3. Special order merchandise is non-returnable.

The customer may choose to receive a product exchange or a credit by the same means payment was made.
